As with every other magnetized note pad I have purchased from Simplified, the magnet WOULD NOT hold & it kept falling from my fridge which is where I intended to use it. I tossed the magnet and have to leave the pad sitting out which kind of defeats the purpose. Paper is great but 3 stars because I cannot use it as it was intended to be used.
