Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, Black Friday, and other major sales events, processing may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, and reshipping fees will apply. Once packages leave our facility, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
While we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds, we'll gladly replace damaged items. Please contact Hello@EmilyLey.com within 7 days of receipt. For items purchased from retailers (such as Target, Staples, Office Depot), please contact them directly as we cannot process returns or replacements for these purchases.
