You know why? Because telling someone about your big idea doesn’t make it seem so crazy.
They’ll think, Of course she’s going to be an astronaut. Of course she’s going to run a multibillion-dollar company. Of course she’s going to open a nonprofit to house more people in the community. The confidence they have in you can spill over into the confidence you have in yourself.
So if you want to turn that big idea into a reality, just tell someone. Seeing your dream through their eyes might make it feel just a little bit closer.
