PURCHASE/AGREEMENT

By providing payment information, you, the user, agree to exchange funds to cover taxes and shipping as outlined in the payment form.

SHIPPING

All wedding orders over $100 are shipped via FedEx. Orders under $100 are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

RETURNS

As many of our items are customized for the user, no customized item may be returned for any reason unless damage occurs during shipping or the items you receive do not match the proofs you approved. In the event that either of these circumstances occurs, Emily Ley Paper, Inc requires that you contact us within 3 business days.

Emily Ley Paper, Inc is not responsible for replacing products that are printed exactly as approved. However, if Emily Ley Paper, Inc makes an error that was not approved by the User, Emily Ley Paper, Inc assumes all responsibility and will replace said merchandise as soon as possible (please allow approximately 7 business days to print and send for shipment).

COLOR NOTICE

Colors may vary between computers and monitors. Therefore, the colors seen on your screen may differ from the colors of the physical products. Please read carefully and consult a Pantone Swatch Book should questions arise. Emily Ley Paper, Inc is happy to provide Pantone information for each piece to you. Sample ordering process is coming soon.
