How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your personalized stationery or calling cards to be shipped. Thermography wedding pieces require 2-3 weeks for production before shipping. If you need rush shipping, please contact ELP directly.

Is ELP environmentally friendly?
ELP is committed to environmentally friendly practices. All materials are recycled and all paper scraps are reused or recycled as well.

Can I order gift-wrapping?
Gift-wrapping is not available at this time, but will be soon.

Can I order a sample?
You can absolutely order a sample. Please visit the sample section to choose the design of your choice.

Is my transaction secure?
ELP uses a secure shopping cart that protects your contact information (See Privacy Policy) and payment information as well.

Do you ship internationally?
ELP loves international customers! We do ship internationally. Additional shipping charges may apply.

My wedding color isn't listed an option. Can I still have my invitations printed in that color?
Yes, ELP can print in any PMS shade. Please specify the Pantone code (PMS) when placing your order.

What kind of paper do you use?
ELP uses very high quality, heavy paper and envelopes. All paper is 110lb cover with a soft, smooth texture. Envelopes are 70lb+ text weight.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?
Because each ELP piece is personalized just for you, returns are not accepted. However, if your suite arrived with a mistake that was made after you approved your emailed proof (an ELP error), please contact ELP ASAP to return your order and your order will be reprinted and reshipped to you.

Once an order is printed it cannot be cancelled. However, if your order has not gone to print and you'd like a refund of your purchase price, please contact ELP ASAP. Your order will be cancelled and refunded. A 30% fee will be charged.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Can you print my wedding invitations in another language?
Absolutely. ELP has much experience with multicultural weddings and international orders. Please contact me directly with your wording.

What is a monogram used for?
A monogram is a "logo" for your wedding. It is a way to capture your personalities and brand/bring consistency to your big day.

How will I get my monogram? Can I use it on anything?
Your personalized monogram will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days in JPEG format. You'll receive one black and white and one color file to be used however you like. These files will be large enough for you to insert into a Microsoft Word or Publisher document for DIY projects or to send to a professional printer as well.

How much will postage be for my invitations?
Each invitation varies based on the amount of enclosure cards you've chosen. Standard sets (double envelopes, invitation, response set) require standard postage. Please take one set to your local post office to be weighed and let the pros tell you the correct amount for your invitations.

I approved my proof and didn't realize there was a mistake in it. What do I do?
Please review your proof very, very carefully. In fact, have a couple of people review your proof. A few sets of eyes are always better than just one. Once your proof is approved, changes may not be made. ELP is not liable for mistakes that are approved and then printed. If you realize a mistake in an approved proof, please contact ELP immediately. If the pieces have not gone to print, ELP will make the change and re-submit.

What is thermography printing?
Thermography is a form of printing that results in a luxurious raised ink.

Are envelopes included in the price?
Yes, double envelopes (inner and outer) are included in the price of each invitation set.

Do you do custom design also?
ELP loves custom design inquiries. Contact ELP if you'd like to know more about custom design services and for a personalized quote.

Can I hire you to design my business logo?

I really love letterpress, can you do that?

Do you offer other wedding pieces not listed on your site?

Can I order folded stationery?

Can I order an amount that's not listed on your site?
Yes, please contact ELP for amounts other than what's listed.

Will I get to see a proof?
Proofs are sent via email for all wedding pieces. Personalized stationery orders will not receive a proof before production unless the order is a custom piece.

I like one of your square designs, but can I get it printed on a rectangular card?
Please contact ELP and I'll do my very best to recreate the invitation in the shape you like best. A $25 design fee will be applied to your order.



CUSTOM ORDERS


How long does the custom design process take?
The custom design process begins as soon as you contact ELP. A proposal is drafted based on your ideas, budget, etc and emailed to you for review. Once the proposal is finalized, a 50% deposit is due. Then, an initial round of designs is emailed to you. This process continues until we've got it just right. Final balance is due before production begins. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production.

Can you work with my budget?
Because ELP uses fine materials and spend a great deal of time on each custom order, custom orders tend to cost more than the ELP collection. Part of the proposal you will receive includes options and ideas to fit within your budget.
