Shipping Info & Return Policy

Orders typically ship in 3-4 business days. HOWEVER, during our big Spring and Fall Launch Days, Black Friday / Cyber Monday weekend, and other big sale times, orders can take 3-4 weeks to ship because we are handling a high volume of orders. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop AND through PayPal if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout.

We currently do not accept returns. If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at Hello@EmilyLey.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily send you a replacement item! Any orders that are returned to our warehouse without authorization will not receive a refund or credit. Please note that we are not able to refund, replace or offer shop credit for any Emily Ley or Simplified products purchased through Target, Staples, or Office Depot, as we do not carry stock of these licensed products. Customers are responsible for directing any and all questions to the applicable retailer.

I was very worried about the new spiral binding and much larger size for the weekly, but ordered it because I love my previous Simplified planners so much! Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the new weekly. While we can see size comparisons in the videos, it doesn't do it justice because the comparisons never include the spiral, they start at the cover; when including the spiral, the size difference is even more drastic. Also, the month tabs are just taped onto the pages instead of being embedded, giving a much cheaper feel. I am certain they will tear the pages with regular use because it's just a small piece of tape instead of the whole edge of the page. Very much miss the ribbon page marker. I just can't see using the weekly as I like to lay it out to see the whole week at once but I won't be able to lay it out on my desk with the much larger size. Overall, this version does not feel anywhere near the quality I am used to from these planners.

Perfection

I started using Simplified’s weekly planner in 2019, so I’ve purchased 6 Simplified planners at this point. I switched to a daily for one year (2021) and switched back the following year as the spiral and bulkiness of the daily wasn't a good fit for me. I also missed the ribbon page marker that is in the weekly style. I keep all my used planners on a bookshelf together because the designs on the bound edges are SO SO beautiful!
