Emily…I am most grateful for my mom’s health. This past year has been a tough one as I’ve watched my closest friend deal with the certain knowledge that her mom won’t be with her for very much longer. Knowing that she won’t be there to see her get married, start a family and pursue her dreams has broken my heart more than I thought and it’s been so amazing to see her strength and to be able to support her as a friend. I don’t know what I would do without my mom and had to call her last week just to let her know how much I loved her and am so happy that she’s here and healthy. If I win the planner, which I’ve coveted for way too long, I will be giving it my BFF Carla who is the most organized person I know and she would love the Simplified Planner but would never splurge on it for herself. Thanks!

    Lots of Love, Kelly

  161. Kelley Danielson commented:

This may sound crazy.. but I am thankful that we found out that my mom has lung cancer. She had been feeling just crummy for so long so that it was a blessing that we have been able to get her chemo and radiation started to shrink her tumor, there were several misdiagnoses.

Through my role as owner of Chancey Charm, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to both use my artistic design skills and mentor my planners and interns. It’s an incredible combination of my passions, that I never could’ve imagined! It truly been His plan and his blessing to me! If I had to pick just one thing to be grateful for in 2012, I would have to pick opportunity. 2012 has brought me so many opportunities in many different ways that have helped shape me. I was given the opportunity to further my college education and complete all but one semester [to happen in 2013]. My family has given me the opportunity to take everything they have taught me and grow, while they stand back and support me 100%. I was given the opportunity to step in and play “dad” to my 10 year old brother and 8 year old sister. I was given the opportunity to work two jobs to support myself, and step up to the plate after one job gave me a promotion. The things I have been blessed within 2012 are impossible to count, but I like to think they all have one common thread that I can be grateful for: opportunity.

In 2012, I have been most thankful for the unerring support of my family, my friends, and my fiance. This has been a year of incredible growth for me – I set goals in January that I monitored every month and, even though I didn’t accomplish nearly as much as I would have liked to, I was able to push forward in so many important areas of my life because I had such incredible cheerleaders reminding me at every turn that I could, in fact, do any and everything I wanted to do. I know a lot of people have to work hard to accomplish big (or little) goals on their own and I’m so blessed to have the family and friends that I do. I have no doubt they will be my greatest source of joy and appreciation in 2013 too! Happy new year, Emily – to you and your cheerleaders!

  292. It is almost impossible to pick just one thing I am most grateful for. To sum it up I would say that I am so grateful to have a life filled with all the things that truly matter — love, family, and happiness. We have so much to be grateful for this year!

  293. Tish commented:

I am most grateful for God’s grace through the storm. This year, I decided to step out on faith and do more in my business with confidence, love more on my husband and children, be a better daughter, sister, aunt and friend. With that commitment in mind, I have been there and shared some wonderful moments with people that inspire me. My father became extremely ill in November and my family had to give up any control that we convinced ourselves that we had. We had to trust God and watch His every move. This was tough. My Father’s health declined considerably and we were told on a Friday that he would not make it. He won his the fight to leave us and be with the Lord by Tuesday. There’s pain and sadness that hurts me physically but my dad’s legacy of love for his family and God, unwavering faith that could move mountains, admirable business sense, and creative mind are shining bright in my heart and has given me the drive that I have been longing for. I’m grateful that I have every lesson from my dad embedded in my heart to be the best person that I was created by God to be. So grateful that I don’t even think that these words fully express it.

  294. Sarah P commented:

So thankful for my family and good health!

  295. Kristen McKee commented:

I am most grateful for the growing relationship I have had this year with God. It was a tough year for me failing my state license exam 4 times and then finally passing at the 5th attempt. If it weren’t for me relying completely on Him, I couldn’t have done it! I will now be starting my first job as an Occupational Therapist at one of the most well known Hospitals in Dallas Texas January 7th! I am so grateful for my determination, faith and never giving up on what is important. Hope you have a Happy New Year and I just love seeing pictures of your sweet boy on instagram!! Take care :)

  296. Amy Riddell commented:

I am grateful for being able to push the ‘noise’ out if my life and make the move to Florida for the sake of my family and marriage. The last twelve months have FLOWN by! I am grateful to have met wonderful women like you, McKay and Amy. I am grateful for my little man, knowing he may end up being the only one as I haven’t been able to get pregnant again. I do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ but I do feel spiritually connected to this Earth and the things around me. I am looking forward to a year of continued growth and love! Cheers to you Em and that wonderful little man if yours!

  303. Megan Floyd commented:

I’m really thankful that this year was so full of things actually happening. In the past few years, life has blasted holes in so many of our plans and hopes and dreams. This year I can point to specific things that we did accomplish, in spite of the holes. I’m also VERY thankful that for the first time I feel content about the size of our family. I REALLY resisted the Christmas Eve puppies, but they’ve rounded things out quite nicely, haha.

  304. Melina Tartaglia commented:

I am most grateful for a business project my husband and I have started to work on in 2012. We are so excited to see it come a reality in 2013. A Simplified Planner would definitely simplify a business life.

I have so much on my plate right now and I thank God that He keeps me going in the worst and best of times and NEVER gives up on me.
Winning this planner would SIMPLIFY my CRAZY life. I hope to be able to use it to it fullest and organize my family, career and life.
My moto this year…”Do What Matters, Forget the Rest” is in full force today and will be everyday of 2013! This is the year to SIMPLIFY and PRIORITIZE!
Thank you Emily, for being a role model to us all!

I am also very greatful that my grandma who was diagnosed with terminal stomach cancer is still here fighting and spending a lot of time with us. Winning this would mean the world to me as I love your products and can’t afford to buy one this year. Xo
